Hotel Aarkay Palace Noida's Finest

"I recently stayed at Hotel Aarkay Palace and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I really like the design of the hotel, as every room comes with a balcony, which adds a lot of charm to the stay. The location is excellent, being nearest to Sector 94 and Botanical Garden metro station, making it very convenient. The breakfast has improved a lot compared to my previous visit in July. During my September stay, I found the breakfast spread much better with more variety. The dinner was also very good – the taste stood out, and I would give full 5 stars to the kitchen staff for the quality and flavor of the food. Room service is fine – not very good, but not bad either. There is definitely some scope for improvement in service quality. I also feel that the rooms could benefit from a deep cleaning, and the appliances should be repaired and serviced on time to maintain comfort standards. That being said, I would still recommend Hotel Aarkay Palace for its: Good location (nearest to Sector 94, Botanical Garden station) Spacious rooms with balconies Good breakfast and excellent dinner quality Friendly kitchen staff delivering tasty food With a little more attention to housekeeping and service improvements, this hotel can truly become an outstanding place to stay."

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was in a terrible condition. There was a bad smell the moment I entered. The bed was extremely dirty, and the bedsheets did not seem clean at all. The TV was not working, and nothing in the room was functioning properly. Spending even one night here was very difficult. The washroom and bathroom were also not clean, and overall hygiene was very poor. I am highly dissatisfied with the stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room service is extremely poor. On the first day, they provide basic items like soap and shampoo, but from the next day onward they do not provide any toiletries, do not clean the room, and do not even remove the garbage. Even after informing the staff, nothing gets resolved. The manager is also not cooperative and does not take any responsibility for the issues. I strongly do not recommend booking this hotel for more than one day, as you may face the same problems during your stay."

"Worst Hotel. Full waste for money. Lift not working. Full of dirty. Bathrooms are very very dirty. Behaviour of staff are very bad. Smell inside room. When I have told to clean the room they told just leave the hotel within 5 minutes. Requesting everyone please don’t stay in this hotel. Railway platforms are much better than this hotel."

"This hotel was a huge disappointment and not worth the money. The buffet breakfast was very limited, the whole place smelled of cigarettes, and the bathroom reeked of urine. When I asked for cleaning, the staff only wanted to spray freshener, and even after I repeatedly insisted, they cleaned without any interest or care. This lack of effort was the same across all services. The staff were rude and unprofessional. I was even stopped after leaving the cafeteria and told to go back and clear my own plate — completely unacceptable and insulting. On top of that, outside food is not allowed, the lift was out of order most of the time, and the rooms felt unsafe with glass doors opening to a common balcony. Overall, terrible hygiene, careless staff, and an uncomfortable, unsafe environment. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel in Noida."
